Shipping

Processing will take between 2-3 business days. Domestic orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days. Please allow for additional time during peak promotion periods, weekends, and holidays. Estimated delivery times provided are for guidance purposes only.

For purchases of items priced at $150 and above, a direct signature may be required. The signature requirements apply to USPS, FedEx Express, and FedEx Ground US shipments. If there is no one available to sign for the package at the provided address, the courier will make a reattempt.

International Orders

Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. Shipping for international orders will take approximately 7-16 business days.

International customers may be subject to import duty and tax charges. It is recommended to contact your local customs authority before completing the purchase to determine the applicable landed price. International credit cards will be charged based on the exchange rate in effect on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

The customer is responsible for all customs charges. If the customer refuses to pay the customs charge and we are responsible for shipping the product back, the charge will be deducted from the customer's refund.

All charges related to shipping are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping for returns/exchanges on undamaged items. If the customer rejects a package, they are responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred. Returns are eligible only for store credit, unless otherwise stated during the evaluation process. All items sold at a discounted price are considered final sale. A receipt must accompany all returns and exchanges. We reserve the right to refuse any returns at any time. If a package is returned by USPS, your payment will be refunded minus the actual shipping fee, and we will contact you to confirm receipt.

We can ship to almost any address worldwide. However, please note that there may be restrictions on certain products, and some items cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will provide estimated shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Additionally, please be aware that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of each item can be found on its detail page. To align with the policies of the shipping companies we utilize, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
